A. Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features, resources, or promotions we make available on our Site. We may receive information about you from third parties. For example, if you are on another website and you opt-in to receive information from us, that website will submit to us your email address and other information about you so that we may contact you as requested. You may also choose to participate in a third party application or feature (such as one of our Facebook or Twitter applications or a similar application or feature on a third party website) through which you allow us to collect (or the third party to share) information about you, including Usage Information and Personal Information such as lists of your friends, “likes”, comments you have shared, groups and location. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on our Platform to your profile page to share with others within your network. In addition, we may receive information about you if other users of a third party website give us access to their profiles and you are one of their “connections” or information about you is otherwise accessible through your “connections’” web page, profile page, or similar page on a social networking or other third party website or interactive service. We may supplement the information we collect about you through the Platforms with such information from third parties in order to enhance our ability to serve you, to tailor our content to you and/or to offer you opportunities to purchase products or services that we believe may be of interest to you.
5. Your privacy rights, choice, and access
Our website gives you choices. If you choose to receive e-mails from us about products and other information, we strive to keep your Personal Information updated and accurate. In accordance with our routine record keeping, we may delete certain records that contain Personal Information you have submitted through the website. We are under no obligation to store such Personal Information indefinitely and disclaim any liability arising out of, or related to, the destruction of such Personal Information. It may not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons. We do not control certain privacy settings and preferences maintained by our social media partners like Facebook and Twitter. 6. Advertising/behavioral targeting; how to opt-out.
Our website uses behavioral, textual, and lookalike targeting. You may opt out of such targeted advertising as provided for and described on the website. However, doing so will impact the relevancy of ads appearing on the site.

9. Consent to processing and transfer of information
The Platforms are governed by and operated in, and in accordance with the laws of, the United States, and are intended for the enjoyment of residents of the United States. We make no representation that the Platforms are governed by or operated in accordance with the laws of any other nation. Given that we are an international business, our use of your information necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. 186 Advertising, LLC owns all right, title and interest in all proprietary software, including all modifications, updates, revisions or enhancements thereto, all associated or related data, media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation, and all intellectual property rights contained therein. The Service may also include software owned by third parties, which is supplied under license by 186 Advertising, LLC in connection with the delivery of the Service. 186 Advertising, LLC may store your data for two (2) years and agrees to protect all stored data in accordance with industry standards.
Your use of 186 Advertising, LLC websites and related services is subject to the following restrictions: You shall not, and shall not permit others to, (a) breach this Agreement (b) infringe on 186 Advertising, LLC’s or any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the object code form or structure of the Software or the Service; (d) provide false, inaccurate or misleading information; (e) initiate any fraudulent transaction; (f) refuse to cooperate in an investigation or provide confirmation of your identity or any information you provide to 186; (g) use the Software or the Service in a manner that results in or may result in complaints, disputes, claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability to 186, a third party, or you; (h) facilitate any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or information you provide through this website; (i) use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy this website; (j) use any device, software, or routine to bypass any restrictions 186 places on the Software or Service, or interfere or attempt to interfere, with the Software or the Service; (k) access the Service by any means other than through software that is provided by 186 for accessing the Service; (l) take any action that may cause 186 to lose any of the services from, or interfere with any of the contractual relationships 186 has with, its internet service providers, payment processors, third party service providers, or other suppliers; (m) use, modify, copy, or otherwise reproduce any Software or the Service in whole or in part; (n) distribute, sublicense, assign, share, timeshare, sell, rent, or lease the Software or Service; or (o) remove any proprietary notices or labels displayed on the Software or Service. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by 186. There are no implied rights. 186 Advertising, LLC reserves the right to modify the Usage Restrictions at any time.
You agree to comply with such Usage Restrictions as provided in this Agreement and you agree not to violate or attempt to violate any security components. You agree not to attempt to or assist another person to, circumvent reverse-engineer, decompile, dissemble, or otherwise tamper with any of the security components related to such Usage Restrictions. Usage Restrictions may be controlled and monitored by 186 for compliance purposes and 186 reserves the right to enforce the Usage Restrictions with or without notice to you.
